Tülin Bilik is a Turkish architect, with over 30 years of experience. She is graduated from Istanbul Technical University in Architecture. Tülin has been working on various projects in Africa for a decade with international companies such as ALSTOM, AREP, CSE, EIFFAGE, ENGIE, KAYI, SETEC, SYSTRA, YAPI MERKEZI, etc.

Patrick Daucourt is a French entrepreneur born in Côte d'Ivoire. Having worked in agro-industry, safety and security for 30 years, he has built a broad quality network in West Africa. Member of EUROCHAM Senegal (Chamber of European Investors in Senegal), he is also their representative to the European Chamber of Commerce in Côte d'Ivoire.
